:3 <-- Will somebody tell me what this sign means? I wish people would stop inventing new emoticons all the time. :/ <-- I only just figured out what that means.

    I've always thought it was a sort of sappy/puppy-dog smile thingy. Which also has the effect of the writer/sender losing respect whilst publishing it.
